OH-2: Jean Schmidt To Lash Out At Bloggers

Posted by Tim Tagaris

Ohio-2 blog reports that Mean Jean Schmidt's first piece of legislation in Congress will be to make web-hosts criminally responsible for "lies" published on blogs.

Amazing.

P.S. I have gotten a lot of emails today and yesterday, but am out of town for the weekend--I'll respond Sunday night/Monday.

UPDATE: (Bob) Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. Somebody should ask Mean Jean to read the Constitution before she takes an oath to uphold it. 100% Batshit Crazy.

UPDATE: (Bob) The amazing speed of the self-correcting internets. Krempasky debunks.

You have to take it with a certain grain of salt since it's coming from the Whistleblower, but we have heard from reliable sources of Ms. Schmidt possibly using the tools now at her disposal against the blogosphere.

I trust the legislation will be written broadly enough to include the Swifties.

Jean can not handle the power of the blogosphere and she thinks she will be able to get this law passed. This will certainley get the ACLU fired up and going after her. Like her President who she admires so much says "BRING IT ON".

If true, this will be funny to watch. I think she should extend it to the radio...what about radio? Will Rush get Clear Channel in trouble? Certainly many lies going on over on EIB!

No guys you don't get it. Only people who support democrats and our anti-american ways lie. Noble, upstanding citizens like Rush don't lie. Schmidt is just trying to protect the poor defenseless republicans and the American public from our unpatriotic and devilish ways....

Jean the Slot Machine would better serve her district if her first action were to hold accountable all politicians that lie... i.e.
"There are weapons of mass distruction in Iraq."
