CT-Sen: Lieberman

Posted by Bob Brigham

Everyone should go read this and realize that the DLC has shown us exactly what should NOT happen with Roberts. Lieberman is now primed to get his ass primaried.

LOL, didnt you post a topic no more than a couple hours ago stating that Joe's primary challenger has raised 1,000 to Joe's 3 million? Joe's the third safest senator in the U.S. just behind Kennedy and Hatch. Primary or not.

What in God's name does this have to do with the DLC? They have been in lockstep agreement with the blogosphere on Bush's blame for Katrina. Just becuase Lieberman was chair of the DLC in 2000 and is conservative on some issues has nothing to do with this. I hate Joe Lieberman, but it is because he is politically clueless and makes dumb moves like this, none of his moves have anything to do with the DLC.

I know you love to hate and blame the DLC Bob et al, but this one is ridiculous.

I'm still hoping a real candidate runs against Lieberman.

Lieberman's DLC "go along" with the President approach to FEMA would be a great political issue. This DLC approach has been so thoroughly discredited that having Al From on your resume will be viewed in the future as being as bad as having worked for the Christian Coalition.
