Peace Out

A little over a year ago, I badgered David about letting me post consistently at Swing State Project. His work at law school was picking up, and he eventually relented right before election day. Having effectively dragged his baby through the mud, my work here is done. Nothing long and sappy, just wanted to say a quick thank you to everyone who has visited this site and put up with the good (Hackett & State Party Blog Project), the bad (my anti-Bob Casey Jr. ramblings), and the ugly (my inability to self proofread). For the curious, you'll be able to find me at my new home, over here. Yeah, no kidding. Send me an email and I'll see what I can't do about getting all SSP readers half-priced Democracy Bonds. Yes, kidding about that one.

Anyway, that's that. From one location to another, hopefully I'll see you over there -- especially you Ohioans; we'll turn this sucker blue soon enough.

Tim, we've never spoken or exchanged an e-mail but I love reading your smart, perceptive pieces. I'll really miss reading your stuff-- but I'll try to keep up the anti-Casey stuff from time to time!

Thanks Tim, for your hard work and for carrying the Ohio banner. Good luck at the DNC. You're just the kind of guy and perspective that the party needs. I can't wait until I finish law school next year so that I have some more time.... catch ya.

Tim - You've changed the political landscape of one very red state. The NDP wouldn't be where we're at without the help of you and Bob.

Hopefully, we can work together through the DNC.

I echo Left in the West...SSP's loss is the Democratic Party's gain.

Hey - Just wanted know if you all hate Alaskans??

(Just Kidding) But there is no link on this website to Alaska in the top dropdown search menu for states, etc.

I think there is one for every other state.
