Republicans for Treason: Doing Our Oppo For Us

The Republican National Committee handed us a gift today in the form of a press release that details quotes from a list of Republicans supporting Karl Rove. It's a ready made oppo research piece presented to us by the opposition. We will gladly hang these quotes around the necks of the following Republicans up for re-election in 2006.

Rick Santorum (R-VA/PA):

"I Don’t See Any Evidence Out There That He Violated The Law."

"I Think What The Democrats Are Doing With Karl Rove Is Just Another Politically Motivated Part Of Their Agenda."

"This Is Typical Of The Democrats. They Smell Blood And They Act Like Sharks. Karl Rove Is A Good Man. He Was Doing His Job."

Just a common-sense observation from a parent. When one of my kids started to stonewall, that was all the evidence I needed to be absolutely certain that they had stepped in it up to their necks and really didn't want me to know about it, and this only made me more determined to get answers. No parent who isn't smoking crack ever let the stonewall fly, and the American people shouldn't either. This administration needs to be held accountable and brought to heel.

Thanks be to all those secular mathemeticians and engineers (not God!) who made blogging possible because sites like this are maintained by the only real journalists left.
