Support Howard Dean & the DNC
Posted by DavidNYCHoward Dean became chairman of the Democratic National Committee this weekend. Today, at the start of the week, it's time to show our full support for him. Why is this important?
• To those outside the Democratic Party, we must demonstrate that all Democrats stand united behind Howard Dean.• To the old-guard establishment within the Democratic Party, we must show that the netroots must be taken seriously.
• And to all concerned, we must make it clear that we're willing to put our money where our mouths are, to back up our words with dollars.
There will be a time once again in the very near future where we will need to organize and mobilize. But right now, the way we can send our message is with our hard-earned cash. So I strongly urge you to contribute what you can via ActBlue:
