Rep. Fossella Arrested on Charges of Driving While Intoxicated

Rep. Vito J. Fossella (R-N.Y.) was arrested overnight in Alexandria and charged with driving while intoxicated, court records showed today.
Fossella is scheduled to appear in Alexandria General District Court on May 12 for an advisement hearing, the records said.
No other details were immediately available.

WOW... that's huge

Even if he doesn't retire it certainly helps our candidates chances of beating him in this district. We already have a credible candidate challenging Fossella who doing great fundraising.

we can hope

The New Yorkers that I talked to on Thursday and Friday at a meeting in Washington didn't think it would be taken as a big deal at home - but none of them was from Fossella's own district.

Half the population believes our electoral system is broken. The other half believes it is fixed. Wakeuplaughing.com
