if wins by that much
expect to see a post-primary surge against McDonnell. I predict that the race well be 46-46 on Wednesday.

Call no man happy until he is dead-Aeschylus

Deeds
He IS the only Democrat who can win.The problem Is If Democrats don't win Virginia or New Jersey govership expect to see Republicans say this Is sign of a comeback and a badmark on Obama.Mcauliffe Is a terrable choice glad to see he Is going down.He was a terrable DNC chair and
bad Campagin chair for hillary even though I was for President Obama during the primarys.

Remember Tim Kaine was also behind In early general election polls.Of course their nasty ads against him helped.Once Deeds wins the primary he has a chance to pull
It through.Hopefully President Obama will be coming to campaign for the fall campagin for him

He will
And who cares what they say. Warner winning in 2001 meant jack for 2002 and 2004.

[ Parent ]
I wouldn't necessarily say so
Warner arguably helped Kaine get elected in '05, and if you remember in '04, VA was the only southern state not to increase its % for Bush. I would say Warner winning in '01 helped us out greatly in '05, '06 and '08, and was instrumental in our Democratic resurgence in the state.

Wasn't North Carolina wasn't it?
Granted Warner was important for Virginia Dems but it didn't signal some kind of national renaissance which is what Republicans will no doubt claim if they win both races in November.
