MI-09: Another Poll Shows a Tight Race

Mitchell Research & Communications (9/30-10/2, likely voters):

Gary Peters (D): 43
Joe Knollenberg (R-inc): 43
(MoE: ±6%)

The sample size is a bit small, but add it to the growing pile of polls showing crumb-bum Joe Knollenberg in a tight spot.

SSP currently rates this race as a Tossup.

i am really hopeful for MI
bagging MI-9 and MI-7 seems very close now with the McCain pullout and the very strong campaigns of Peters and Schauer.  Go Ganders!

this will be fun

This is a partisan tossup district on trend.  Looks like it could be the squeaker that goes to recount in Michigan this year.  Seems like a race that will decide on superior turnout organizing at this point.
