Nothing too surprising here. Barletta has been pushing hard, I don't think PA-07, NY-19, or IN-08 are on anyones radars.

Nice to see Rice and Garcia making progress, while Cook is also seeing Andal's laughable campaign in CA-11 fall apart.

I find the downgrading of NY-19 Hall surprising

Not only because of the demographics of this District but the Fundraising & Cash on Hand of the Candidates:

Huh?

Why would you find it surprising considering the republicans have a 3rd tier candidate who has less than 1/10th the CoH that Hall does? This race has been off the charts for manym onths now. I'm not sure why Cook waited so long.

My bad if I misinterperted the graphics

I though it showed Hall going from Solid to Likely, that it what I was addressing, and that was my surprise.
